Targets for Carbon Neutrality<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

Our goal is to achieve net-zero CO\u2082 emissions (Scope 1 + Scope 2) from our business activities by 2050.
\r\nTo reach this target, we aim to reduce CO\u2082 emission intensity by 30% by 2025 compared to 2018 levels, and by 50% for both emission intensity and total emissions by 2030.
\r\nWe will also promote initiatives to reduce CO\u2082 emissions across our supply chain (Scope 3).

Sustainability Initiatives<\/strong><\/h2>

Environmental Monitoring Project<\/h2>\r\n

This project promotes activities in compliance with the Energy Conservation Act and the JIS Q 14001 Environmental Management System. We implement energy-saving measures through the rationalization of energy use associated with business activities, as well as initiatives to reduce waste emissions. In addition, we provide awareness programs and training for employees.<\/p>

Carbon Neutral Project<\/h2>\r\n

We determine medium- to long-term goals and policies for achieving carbon neutrality, identify related challenges, and implement measures to address them while monitoring progress.
