Their proprietary technology is based on their precision mass and energy flow research, which reduces data burden, allowing for faster emissions measurement of entire product lines with greater precision than existing tools. Their easy-to-implement system automatically uncovers manufacturing inefficiencies and pinpoint decarbonisation solutions that simultaneously reduce emissions and costs internally and across 1,000s of suppliers.<br \/><br \/>AeroEdge finished the first phase of the novel proof of concept with Neutreeno and presented the results to SAFRAN Aircraft Engines. The project focused on increasing the accuracy of CO2e emissions and reducing the footprint of our airline blades. Neutreeno\u2019s science-based approach both increased precision and reduced uncertainty , leading to the quantification of data quality, transparency, and visibility in the supply chain. <br \/><br \/>In general, identifying emissive processes within the complex and varied manufacturing processes of a supply chain is challenging. Neutreeno\u2019s system leverages advanced data analytics to collect and analyse data from each process, significantly improving the accuracy of emissions monitoring and reporting. Simultaneously, we successfully tracked material and energy efficiency, providing a pathway to reduce CO2e emissions across the entire supply chain. This innovative approach is expected to align well with and contribute to SAFRAN\u2019s decarbonisation strategy, as it has the potential to secure the real-time reliability of data within the value chain, to harmonise disparate supplier methodologies and to provide actionable emissions reduction pathways across SAFRAN\u2019s entire supply chain.<br \/><br \/>This joint project has been selected as one of the Top 12 in the SAFRAN\u2019s \u201cDecarbonization Challenge\u201d competition held in this year. This recognition reflects the company\u2019s innovation and contributes to SAFRAN\u2019s strategic goals towards carbon neutrality. The competition has been conducted since 2023 as part of SAFRAN\u2019s initiative to promote sustainable practices and mitigate the environmental impact of its global supply chain. <br \/><br \/>Moving forward, AeroEdge plans to introduce Neutreeno\u2019s science-based approach to other suppliers and conducting further trials to foster innovative collaboration with SAFRAN and enhance sustainability across the industry.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: center\">\uff0a\uff0a\uff0a<\/p><p><a href=\"http:\/\/neutreeno.com\/\">Neutreeno<\/a>, the intelligently engineered decarbonization system revolutionizing the path to Real Zero. Utilizing proprietary process networks and advanced engineering models, Neutreeno helps identify and eliminate emissions at source.
