Jun Morinishi

- He established the aerospace division at Kikuchi Gear Co., Ltd. and pioneered the GEnx program, B747-8, C-2, P-1, B777-300 and many other aerospace projects.
- In 2014, he led the signing of a long-term contract for LEAP business with SNECMA (now SAFRAN Aircraft Engines), which was the first time SNECMA placed an order to manufacture parts in Japan.
Kazuhiro Mizuta

- At Toyota Motor Corporation, he was in charge of formulating weight reduction strategies and developing lightweight materials for the MIRAI fuel cell vehicle, and succeeded in mass production. After that, Kazuhiro managed an autonomous driving project with a Tokyo based AI and robotics venture.
- Developed mass production process for TiAl turbine blades, promoted improvement activities and smart factory planning, and led all other advanced research and development (R&D) such as additive manufacturing (3D printing), alloy development, and AI for image analysis.

Seconded to a megabank to contribute to a number of project finance and business restructuring projects. After that, worked as a financial and accounting manager at a venture company and acheived to have an approvement to be listed on the market.

Masanobu Tokunaga

- At Fujitsu, he was in charge of planning and development of DX projects in the manufacturing industry and joint development of new businesses in collaboration with major manufacturers. In the development of a new business for IoT services using smartphones and contactless sensors, he led the entire process from planning to product development and commercialization.
- He has experience in developing systems that enable feedback loops for AI models.

Takuya Honda

- Engaged in the development and start-up of mass production of commercial aero engines at IHI, where he was in charge of technology development using CAD/CAM/CAE, production line construction, and engine component design. Later, he was stationed at Pratt & Whitney in the U.S., where he experienced the launch of international joint development projects and global supply chain.
- Joined AeroEdge in 2018. Leads the production department and also process development, cost reduction, factory automation, and development project start-up.
