AeroEdge is involved in the manufacture of aircraft components, which require excellence in technology and a high level of quality. Strict quality control is required due to extremely high safety requirements, and AeroEdge has established its own quality assurance system that complies with the aviation industry’s quality management system and customer requirements. In addition to acquiring aerospace industry-related certifications, including international certifications such as JISQ9100, JISQ14001, and NADCAP, AeroEdge is able to meet customer quality requirements through the advancement of quality management through quality data integration, including in-house document management systems, process change procedures, and traceability management.
Quality management system
JIS Q 9100:2016 & JIS Q 9001:2015（ISO 9001:2015）
JIS Q 9100 is the international standard for the quality management system as specified in the aerospace and defense industry base. JIS Q 9100 is added to ISO 9001 in regard of the quality, the safety and the creditability of the products in the aerospace and defense industry. JIS Q 9100 is accredited and included by JIS Q 9001（ISO 9001).
Environmental management system
JIS Q 14001:2015 (ISO 14001:2015)
JIS Q 14001（ISO 14001） is the international standard for the environmental management system to adjust the diversity of the world economical change. The organization shall progress the activity of the environmental protection independently and positively in accordance with well balanced between organization needs and social ones.
Nadcap（NonDestructive Testing）
Nadcap stands for National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program that is the international special process accreditability system which runs by 「Performance Review Institute」（PRI) in the United State.This program aims at maintaining a standardized approach to quality assurance of special processes for all suppliers in the aerospace manufacturing and the defense industry.
