AeroEdge Co., Ltd, which is located in Ashikaga City, Tochigi, Japan, is pleased to announce that we were invited to the ceremony by Safran Aircraft Engines for celebrating the delivery of one million TiAl Blades.
The aircraft engine “LEAP” is known for environment-friendly engines that achieves low fuel consumption and noise criteria. Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737MAX have the wing with LEAP engines. TiAl Blade is lighter than that of made from nickel, and it contributes these achievements.
AeroEdge has been mass producing the TiAl blades since our establishment in 2015. Only the two companies deliver the TiAl blades because its difficulty in machining. We are also striving to enhance the technology development through AM (Additive Manufacturing) for MRO market not only machining technologies.
We are very honor to contribute this major milestone, and keep dedicated to develop the aircraft industries.
